Most people are good at what they enjoy doing and enjoy doing what they are good at.

Achievement depends on knowing what activity(ies) you might be good at during each day. Think of a day in a job. on a project or during a course. What activity will you actually be doing most during that day? Joining a law firm might make you think of court rooms but you will spend most of your day writing!! Similarly working on organising a major event, you will spend most of your day speaking with, and checking on, other people or you will spend the entire day building the stands!

So, we have categorised occupations and projects according to the activities that they involve, using the predominant one as our lead. It's an unusual way of categorizing things, and it is not absolute or perfect, but it should help people to focus on their own strengths.
