Sylvia Argirova is a student and lives in Sofia, Bulgaria. She craved to get on in the world of branding, marketing and psychology. A friend of hers showed her a site which he thought typified how such things should be done www.incide.com. She liked it too and plucked up the courage to write directly to the CEO of that consulting firm.

Allard Marx received her email. He is quite a bit older but still wants to achieve much more. The two began to exchange messages and when he had established further attitudinal compatibility and trust he sent her his idea for a site that would help people, especially the young, get their life on track. He asked if she would like to work on it with him. She agreed.

Her brother Petar just so happens to have a software support and web-development company. They agreed terms, Allard flew to Sofia and this site is the result.

Sam Peskin is a student in Edinburgh. Coincidentally, he had had almost exactly the same idea in mind for a site. When the raadzaak team was up there for the Fringe Festival, Sam agreed to join.

So raadzaak was developed as a live example of what it wants to achieve. A meeting place for ideas, ambitions, experience, knowledge, advice and energy.
