If you have an idea from which you hope to make considerable money, then please be aware that other people can take the idea and simply change it a little bit (like the name) and do it themselves. Do your research and determine with some confidence that it really is original. If you then still believe you have an exceptional commercial idea, get legal advice on how to protect it and until such time as it is protected, only describe it in general terms unless you trust someone completely. You may also ask people to sign a non-disclosure agreement but they can prove difficult to enforce.
